Key Energy Services has selected @hand to support its near-term and long-term enterprise mobility initiatives.  The company will deploy @hand's Field Mobility System across mulitple lines of business to support a variety of operational functions, including service management, field ticketing, inventory control, and asset management.

Similar to many of @hand's customers in the service management market, Key Energy intends to leverage mobile technology and process optimization to reduce days-sales-outstanding (DSO) and to improve cash flow.  The @hand solution will serve as an independent system to support field mobility activities, while interfacing with central business systems such as the Oracle E-Business Suite®, Siebel, and other proprietary systems.

Key Energy Services is the largest onshore, well-servicing contractor based on rigs owned.  The company provides a diverse collection of energy services for its oil & gas customers, including fluids management, rentals, rig services, and intervention services.
